Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of trackme.tv, including our website and mobile apps (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, checking the agreement box at sign-up, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms in full.
Acceptance of terms
By checking "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" during sign-up, and by continuing to use trackme.tv, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the Service.
Eligibility & account registration
You must be able to form a binding contract to use trackme.tv and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: harass, abuse, or threaten other users; impersonate any person or entity; scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse our API or infrastructure; upload illegal, infringing, or sexually exploitative content; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Your content
You retain ownership of the reviews, ratings, lists, comments, and other content you post ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant trackme.tv a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as part of operating the Service (for example, showing your reviews to other users). You are solely responsible for the User Content you post.
Third-party content
Movie, show, and episode metadata, artwork, and related information displayed on trackme.tv is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) and other licensors. trackme.tv does not claim ownership of this third-party content, and its accuracy is not guaranteed.
Subscriptions & payments
trackme.tv does not currently offer paid features or subscriptions. If paid features are introduced in the future, applicable billing terms will be provided at that time.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably possible.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, trackme.tv and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing law
trackme.tv is operated as an independent project without a registered legal entity or designated jurisdiction at this time. These Terms should be interpreted in good faith consistent with generally accepted principles of contract law, and we will update this section if we formalize a governing jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
